Due to Covid-19, we are implementing the following changes:

• Visitors are to wait outside unless patient requires assistance.

• For the safety of everyone, you are required to WEAR A MASK upon entering our facility.  If you don’t have a mask, please let the FRONT DESK know and we can provide you with one.

• Please SANITIZE your hands upon entering our facility and keep your mask on at all time.

• Please notify our front desk immediately if you have been tested positive for Covid-19 or might have exposed to a positive Covid person or have had any symptoms of Covid-19, which include cough, fever, trouble breathing, and lost sense of smell. 

• You might be given a buzzer to wait outside or in your car. 

• We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we remain committed to the safety of our Staff, Patients and Community.
